The North East Link Toll Road is continuing to have disastrous environmental impacts throughout its construction.

Waterways in Melbourne’s North East including the Plenty River and the Banyule Creek have been reported to have severe clay and sediment pollution.

I asked the Labor government what they’re doing to stop our local waterways from continuing to be polluted with clay runoff from the highway.

We deserve healthy waterways, not polluted water running through our parks.
